Please Note: The belt dimensions provided by Carlisle are for reference only. These dimensions should not be used to determine product functionality. Carlisle belts are built to exacting specifications and inspected with calibrated equipment at specified tensions to assure strict dimensional compliance. Belt dimensions can vary from one manufacturer to another based on proprietary design information.

Why do you no longer publish the Outside Circumference and Top Width dimensions for snowmobile belts?
Critical dimensions include (C.D.) Center Distance and Angle for a given application. This is not to be confused with the center distance of the Primary and the Secondary sheaves on a machine. Publishing the (O.C.) Outside Circumference and the (T.W.) Top Width is misleading as neither of these dimensions are the same from one belt manufacturer to another based on proprietary information. Carlisle measures belts to center distance and ride-out under a prescribed tension around fixed diameter pulleys on precision measuring equipment. This method produces consistent product for the application and has nothing to do with O.C. and T.W. We no longer provide dimensional information because it is more misleading than helpful.
